🌍 Where We Ship

We currently ship across the UK. If you're outside the UK and eyeing something special, drop us a message — we may be able to arrange custom shipping just for you.

📦 Packaging & Handling

As part of our sustainability promise, we pack using eco-conscious, recyclable materials whenever possible. Our products are often fragile and handmade, so we take extra care to ensure they arrive safely.

🚚 Delivery Times

Most in-stock orders ship within 2–4 working days.
Pre-orders and made-to-order items (like bespoke mosaics) will have longer lead times, clearly noted on the product page.

Estimated delivery:

• UK Standard: 2–5 working days after dispatch

• Pre-Orders / Custom Items: Typically 2–3 weeks

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.

💌 Pre-Orders & Launch Orders

If you’re placing a pre-order ahead of our launch, your item will ship from 1st August 2025. You’ll be asked to pay a 50% deposit now, and we’ll follow up for the remaining balance just before dispatch.

📦 Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on order weight and size. Final cost will be calculated at checkout. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter so you don’t miss out!
