We accept all major forms of payment, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. Everything is handled securely through Shopify’s trusted checkout system, so you can choose the method that suits you best and shop with ease.
Shipping & Delivery

Most in-stock items ship within 2–4 working days, and standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
For pre-orders or custom handmade pieces (like our bespoke mosaics), delivery can take a little longer — typically around 2–3 weeks, depending on the maker.
If you’re placing a pre-order ahead of our launch, your order will be shipped from 1st August 2025. We’ll always keep you updated along the way!

Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of your order, but we keep it as fair and simple as possible.
You’ll see the exact shipping cost calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase. Occasionally, we also offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out (or join our mailing list to be the first to know).
The typical cost is £5.99 for standard delivery and £7.99 for express delivery. Free shipping is available on orders above £75.
If you’re ordering something especially fragile or made-to-order, we may include a little extra care in the shipping to make sure it arrives beautifully and safely.

We lovingly pack and post all orders from our home studio and currently deliver nationwide. If you're outside the UK and wondering if we can ship to you, just get in touch — we’re happy to see what we can do!
Warranty

All our pieces are carefully handmade and packed with love, but if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, we’ll absolutely make it right. While we don’t offer a formal warranty, we do stand by the quality of everything we sell — so just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

We don’t currently offer an extended warranty, as our products are made to last and undergo careful checks before they reach you. If anything feels off or arrives less than perfect, just let us know — we’re always here to help.
Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds — if something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. Please reach out to us through our Contact Us page, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

You’ll receive a full refund for the item(s) returned, excluding original shipping costs (unless the item was faulty). If the packaging is damaged and not in a sellable condition we may partially refund. Once we’ve received the return in good condition, we’ll process your refund within a few working days.
