Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 50g of chocolate for grating
- 100g of melting chocolate
- 100g of butter
- 400g of cooked sweet potato
- 100g of coconut sugar or panela
- 75g of pure cocoa powder
- 50g of almond flour
-
50g of walnuts
Step by step:
-
Prepare the ingredients.
Grate the chocolate and nuts using your ceramic grater . That crunchy sound and the aroma of freshly grated chocolate already begin to tell the story. -
Melt the butter.
Melt the butter and mix it with the melted chocolate until you get a glossy cream. Add it to the cooked sweet potato and mash or mix until you have a smooth dough. -
Add the magic.
Combine the beaten eggs, coconut sugar, cocoa, almond flour, grated chocolate, and walnuts. All in one bowl. All with love. -
Pour with intention.
Place the mixture directly onto your ceramic grating plate , now infused with the essence of cocoa. The baking will be more special if you start with a unique piece. -
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
And in the meantime… let the aroma fill your kitchen.
Extra tip:
Pair it with a spoonful of natural yogurt, a handful of fresh fruit, or a spiced infusion.
And remember: when you cook with handcrafted ceramics, every recipe becomes a ritual.
