We love Christmas sweets! That's why today we're showing you our version of the classic coconut balls, using our grater plates. It's a super easy recipe you can make with your kids and enjoy a festive Christmas afternoon together 🥰🎄
Ingredients (all ingredients are measured to your liking!)
- Carrot
- Walnuts
- Shredded coconut
- Dates
- Oatmeal
- Milk (whichever you prefer)
Instructions
It's as easy as grating all the ingredients (carrot, walnuts, dates) on the grater plate, and adding milk, coconut and oats until you create enough consistency to form little balls with your hands.

You could eat them as is, or if you have more time you can bake them in the oven at 180ºC for a few minutes until golden brown and add a final touch by drizzling melted chocolate over them 😋
